The Development Operations Coordinator at the Heart of Alabama Food Bank plays a key role in supporting fundraising and community engagement efforts by managing food and fund drives, building relationships with local partners, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the Development team. This public-facing position works closely with schools, businesses, faith groups, and community organizations to plan and execute drives, support events, and strengthen donor relationships. Through strong organization, communication, and attention to detail, this role helps grow resources, increase awareness, and advance the food bank’s mission across the communities it serves.
