The CDL Driver’s primary responsibility is to operate HAFB’s trucks, trailers, and other equipment necessary to successfully receive or deliver donated food products from stores, agencies, or community partners. Customer service is of the utmost importance since drivers are likely to be the primary person representing HAFB to donors, volunteers, agencies, and neighbors in the communities HAFB serves.

The Transportation Manager oversees all aspects of the transportation department, including compliance with DOT, OSHA, AIB regulations, and company policies. This position directly supervises drivers and is responsible for ensuring transportation functions are completed in a timely manner, with a high degree of accuracy, and with excellent customer service. They have the responsibility of planning operations across the team of drivers, gathering and processing information to stay on top of current deliveries, store pickups, and equipment issues.

The Partner Services Coordinator serves as a liaison between HAFB and its partners as it relates to HAFB programs and services. This position plays a lead role in ensuring and monitoring membership status and compliance as well as identifying and onboarding new partner agencies. Additionally, this position coordinates with partner agencies in the implementation of all HAFB programs.
