Find Help: Access Food & Essential Resources

No one should have to choose between food and other basic needs. If you or someone you know is facing hunger, the Heart of Alabama Food Bank is here to help. We work with a network of community partners to provide nutritious food, emergency assistance, and connections to additional resources that support overall well-being.

How to Get Food Assistance

We distribute food through more than 200 partner agencies across 12 counties in Central Alabama. These organizations operate food pantries, soup kitchens, and meal programs that provide free groceries and meals to those in need.
